Hypnotherapy In The News: “I tried hypnosis to help me de-stress my life – here’s what happened”

I was so happy to come across this recent Independent article discussing Hypnotherapy, from an at first sceptical journalist. “Truth be told, I’ve always found hypnosis a little creepy, and the thought of somebody else taking control of my senses leaves me terrified.” I’m sure this is a common cause for hesitation, so I’m pleased to be able to share this and hopefully address the concerns some of you may have.

The infamous hypnotist Kaa from The Jungle Book

The article sheds a little light on what to expect from a hypnotherapy session, though of course all practitioners bring their own personality (and pricing - don’t be put off by the cost referred to in the article!) to their treatment.

Any questions on whether I may be able to help you, or for more info on how I work, please get in touch. I offer a free introductory phone call or in person chat at Elixir Health and Wellbeing, if you’re lucky enough to be a North Cornwall local!
